On Saturday, March 23, we organized a super fun activity together with Buurtmaaltijden at Plan Einstein Pahud as part of #NLdoet.

Together with local residents and lots of children, we baked delicious cookies in the afternoon and then went into the Overvecht neighborhood to distribute them to residents.

The participants were warmly welcomed at the doors and then invited local residents who they talked to, to come and eat skoudehkaris (a traditional dish from Djibouti) together at Pahud’s in the evening.

It was a very successful day for both the residents of Pahud, and the neighborhood residents who are becoming increasingly involved in Pahud’s cozy Living Room.
