During the language cafés on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, Ukrainian residents of the shelter on Herculesplein receive support from volunteers in learning the Dutch language.
The HerculesHoek is Welkom in Utrecht's living room at the shelter for Ukrainians at Herculesplein. It is a meeting space between Ukrainians and local residents and we organize activities where everyone can participate.

Friday afternoon is dedicated to the children of Herculesplein. Together with volunteers, we organize fun activities for the Ukrainian children who live there.

On Saturdays, we organize a fun afternoon for the children at the Joseph Haydnlaan asylum seekers' center, with new activities each time, supervised by volunteers.
Every Saturday, residents of the shelter on Herculesplein can practice English in the HerculesHoek. Ukrainians engage in conversation with volunteers on various topics to improve their English language skills.
Come have a drink, study or play a game in Pahud's Living Room. Meet new people there or meet up with those you already know. Sometimes you can participate in a workshop. Everyone is welcome! On Mondays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for women only.
