Last Wednesday was a very special day, not only for the residents of the Star Lodge asylum center, but also for the employees of biotech company Genmab. Every year Genmab organizes a volunteer day, and this time they committed themselves to the residents of the Star Lodge!

A whole program was laid out. At the beginning of the day the group all left for Museum Speelklok. After the tour there was a communal lunch followed by a boat trip through the Utrecht canals. This was definitely the highlight of the day that everyone had been looking forward to!

Back at the Star Lodge we said goodbye, with the agreement to meet again in the future.
