“It was amazing day guys, you really made my day!”

On a drizzly Saturday, a group of enthusiastic people from the Utrecht JCI network met with a group of azc residents and status holders at the Creatiehallen in Utrecht.

The plan? Make a number of shuffleboards together and offer them to elderly residents in nursing homes such as Vecht and Ijssel. What a great idea!

So that meant networking, sawing and doing carpentry, lunch and connecting with each other during this fun activity!

And it worked! And how! After a day of fun and hard work, five flawless shuffleboards were delivered to the grateful residents of the nursing homes who immediately went to play shuffleboard with Tarek from Syria. He won and received a bag of licorice as a prize and a nice book!
