What a wonderful place the children’s studio at The Wild West is!

Children from the neighborhood, Ukrainian children and children from the Utrecht asylum centers are welcome to come up with and implement all their creative ideas under the guidance of the wonderful Yink and “master” Midas.

Nothing is too crazy and everything is possible. They have a lot of fun together and after a morning of creating beautiful works of art, they eat delicious sandwiches. These are made by Fatumo, a resident of the asylum seekers’ center on Joseph Haydnlaan, who volunteers in the kitchen of Het Wilde Westen.

And just like that the holidays have flown by and the kids go back to school with great joy!
