Do you want to practice your Dutch skills with a volunteer? But is it sometimes hard to combine with motherhood? The mother languagecafé is especially meant for mothers. There will be a nanny who will look after your kid so you focus on the lessons.
During a language café, volunteers help residents of the Star Lodge learn the Dutch language.
Practising the English language together with volunteers, especially for Ukrainians. Each week there is a different topic on which to discuss. Basic knowledge of English is required.
During a language cafe volunteers help residents of the emergency shelter to learn the Dutch language. This language cafe is specifically for (single) mothers who do not have access to a babysitter. There are volunteers who look after the kids during the language cafe.
