At Het Wilde Westen, the sewing studio is open weekly. It's not a class, but under Yink's guidance you can work on your own with the fabric and sewing machines available! So if you would like to make something, come by on Wednesdays at Het Wilde Westen.
The Volksuniversiteit offers English classes for refugees and non-refugees, from beginners to advanced. Please note that classes are held at Plan Einstein Pahud, Plan Einstein Joseph Haydnlaan and in the HerculesHoek, on different days and times.
During the language café, volunteers help residents of the Europalaan emergency shelter (Kanaleneiland) learn the Dutch language.
You are welcome to visit the wool workshop. Here wool is washed, dyed and spun. With this you make a work of art, for example a wall or rug. It is close to azc Star Lodge and Ukraine shelters on Herculesplein and in the Provinciehuis.
Do you want to learn basic skills for using a computer? Then this computer lesson is great for you.
Do you want to practice your Dutch skills together with a Dutch-speaking volunteer? You can with the PKN Language Café! Note: there might be a waiting list.

The HerculesHoek is Welkom in Utrecht's living room at the shelter for Ukrainians at Herculesplein. It is a meeting space between Ukrainians and local residents and we organize activities where everyone can participate.
Come have a drink, study or play a game in The Living Room of The Pahud. Meet new people there or meet up with those you already know. Sometimes you can participate in a workshop. Everyone is welcome! On Mondays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for women only.
Every Thursday we meet up with the women living at the emergency shelter at Europalaan in Kanaleneiland.
The Living Room Pahud is there on Thursdays between 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. especially for women. Then there is, for example, dancing, painting or making something delicious. Feel welcome, even if you just want to have a chat or come to listen to music.
