    De Volksuniversiteit offers English classes for refugees and non-refugees, from beginners to advanced. Please note that classes are held at Plan Einstein Pahud, Plan Einstein Joseph Haydnlaan and in the HerculesHoek, on different days and times.

  • Kids club Joseph Haydnlaan

    Event Category:

    A fun afternoon for the children of azc Joseph Haydnlaan, with new activities each time accompanied by volunteers.

  • English conversation club HerculesHoek

    Event Category:

    Every Saturday, residents of the shelter on Herculesplein can practice English in the HerculesHoek. Ukrainians engage in conversation with volunteers on various topics to improve their English language skills.

  • Walk in hours Living Room Pahud

    Event Categories:

    Come have a drink, study or play a game in The Living Room of The Pahud. Meet new people there or meet up with those you already know. Sometimes you can participate in a workshop. Everyone is welcome! On Mondays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for women only.

  • Mother language cafe Star Lodge

    Event Category:

    During a language cafe volunteers help residents of Star Lodge to learn the Dutch language. This language cafe is specifically for (single) mothers who do not have access to a babysitter. There are volunteers who look after the kids during the language cafe.

  • Kids activity Pahud

    Event Category:

    Weekly activities for children and youth living at Pahud, organized by the Bahá'í community.

  • Dance class for women

    Event Categories:

    Every week, a different dance workshop led by a dance teacher, ranging from salsa to modern dance. The workshop is specifically for women in het Wilde Westen.
