February began very well, because on the first day we were allowed to visit Molen de Ster right away. The winter sun was shining and the mill was shining. Led by two guides, we learned all about the sawmill, the technology that makes the mill work and the manpower that used to be involved. For newcomers a very nice insight into the history of the Netherlands! There were plenty of questions.
