What a delicious day it was! Our three cooks with roots in Ethiopia and Eritrea served the most delicious injera with sauces at the Culture Tasting at ZIMIHC theater Stefanus on Saturday, May 13 in Overvecht.

They had spent a whole day in the kitchen for it. With good result: The food was popular and people lined up for it. Not only people with Ethiopian and Eritrean roots who felt right at home with this food (and the warm sun!) but also Dutch people – many of whom had been introduced to this dish before. Also, about 20 residents from azc Pahud and some from azc Joseph Haydnlaan came to the cozy event where besides snacks also music could be enjoyed.
