Last Sunday, buses full of people from various refugee shelters in and around Utrecht travelled to TivoliVredenburg for the Catching Cultures Orchestra Festival. What a fun day it was and how everyone enjoyed music from all over the world! There were performances by the Catching Cultures Orchestra, Duniya Choir, Moroccan singer Farid Ghannam, and many more artists. Meanwhile, Stichting de Vrolijkheid provided the children’s program and the cooks from Resto VanHarte prepared a delicious meal for everyone. There was dancing, singing and feasting.
