The sun is shining and nature is coming back to life! That’s why we’ve recently been visiting urban gardens with residents from various reception centers. A group of women from the Europalaan reception center visited the city garden of Utrecht Natuurlijk in Park Transwijk, where an enthusiastic staff member talked about the plants and crops growing in the garden and the animals that live there. And the community garden on Kanaalweg is open again! Every week, people are hard at work there (with a good cup of coffee), under the watchful eye of Roos from De Buitenkamer Utrecht.
