This is Eshtjaq from Sudan. She came to the Netherlands in November 2022 and now lives in the Star Lodge in Utrecht. Here she super actively participates in many of our activities, such as the tapestry workshop organised at the Museum Catharijneconvent.

And because it is so valuable for her to participate in all these activities, we received a personal gift from her as a thank-you, namely this beautiful work of art! We will of course give it a nice spot. Thank you Eshtjaq!
