Description<\/h3>\n\n

Every Monday, there is a dance class at Het Wilde Westen led by Meis. We come together as women in a safe environment, where we get to know each other through dance. We swing, sweat, and enjoy each other’s energy! Through different rhythms, music, and dynamics, we discover our own bodies from a different perspective. We are open to each other’s backgrounds and incorporate this into the dance. Moving and enjoying ourselves together is central to our women’s dance! <\/p>\n
