She and her sister participated in kickboxing classes taught for a month by the amazing Noreen Kaland of KickStart.<\/p>\n\n
Through crowdfunding and the fantastic cooperation of Tigers Gym, Noreen has created a beautiful training program for men and women.<\/p>\n\n
Kickboxing helps to get in good shape but also to feel less stress. And that, of course, is great for people who constantly live under high pressure!<\/p>\n\n
This week the new series of classes began. Every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. the women train and between 1 and 2 p.m. the men train.<\/p>\n\n
